Meet Miss Belize 2008…

Miss Charmaine Chinapen is Miss Belize 2008.  She is a beauty, no doubt, but is she fit to be Miss Belize?  Miss Chinapen was born in Curacao in the Netherland Antilles, but is now a naturalized Belizean.

Thoughts?
